Jennifer brings the external audit expertise, GFSI scheme knowledge, and SQF preparation experience that your internal team hasn't needed to build yet. She has sat on both sides of the audit table: as compliance manager at a USDA-regulated facility and guiding teams through BRC certification. That perspective is what gets companies certified the first time.
This is a hybrid engagement — most work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits at key phases and full on-site presence during the certification audit itself.

Staff Training Program
SQF Code requires that all personnel receive documented food safety training appropriate to their role — and that training records are available for auditor review. Jennifer reviews and documents all required training sessions as part of this engagement. Sessions are conducted on-site during scheduled visits, with supporting materials and signed attendance records provided to your internal team for the audit file.
Training deliverables include: session facilitation (on-site), signed attendance records, training topic summaries, and a completed training matrix for the audit file — ready for review by the certifying body auditor.
